Mr. Mohamed Kalif, Director, ESATAL Board & IC Chair, Mr Kalif has 28 years experience in banking and corporate governance. He was Head of Financial Intermediation & Inclusion at AFDB. Before that he was Chief Commercial Risk Officer of AFDB and worked for banks in the UAE and Saudi.

Mr. Michael Awori, TDB CEO, Mr Awori has over 18 years of experience in investment banking, M&A and corporate banking. He was most recently Regional Head of Debt Finance, East Africa at Barclays and before that in senior roles at Citigroup and JPMorgan.

Mr. Daniel Lam Chun, Executive Coverage & Deputy CEO ESATAL, Mr Lam Chung has over 18 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Prior to joining TDB, he served as Head Investment Banking at Barclays Mauritius, and various management roles at Standard Bank and MCB.
Mr. David Bamlango ,TDB Group Deputy MD & General Counsel, Mr Bamlango has over 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in leveraged finance, project finance, debt capital markets, structured finance and derivatives

Mr. Gift Moonga, Executive, Asset Management & Coverage, He has over 22 years of diverse experience in corporate banking working in Zambia, Seychelles, and the UK. Prior to joining TDB, he served as Head of Corporate Banking at Standard Chartered Zambia.

Mr. Abraham Byanyima, TDB Group Executive, Treasury, Mr Byanyima has close to 20 years of experience in Emerging and Global Markets. His expertise includes interest rate derivatives and global currency derivative products, forex trading and risk management

Mr. Josephat Waichungo, Head, Credit Risk, Mr Waichungo has over 15 years' experience in risk management in the financial services sector. Prior to joining TDB, He held various senior positions in risk management at Standard Bank and Citigroup

Ms. Umulinga Karangwa, CFA EIM & Co-Lead Asset Management, She has 2 decades of experience in financial services with a focus on investments in Africa. She has supported the TDB’s fund-raising efforts from institutional investors since late 2012.
